“Growing up in Australia, my fondest memories were always centred around the dining table, where my mum crafted the most beautiful, comforting food for our family. When I made the move to Canada with my husband and sons, I found myself returning to the kitchen to continue creating her recipes to bring a piece of home with me. What began as a personal passion for cooking those cherished classics quickly led to catering for friends and family and into a dream to further share my food.
